Problem
Traditional certificates can be forged, lost, or require manual verification. Nexera enables institutions to issue blockchain-backed credentials and allows anyone to instantly verify certificate authenticity through smart contracts, reducing fraud and verification delays.
How UGF was used
Nexera integrates Universal Gas Framework (UGF) to provide a gasless user experience for credential issuance and verification on Base Sepolia. UGF abstracts gas payments from end users, allowing institutions and students to interact with blockchain-based NFT credentials without managing transaction fees. This improves accessibility while maintaining secure, on-chain, tamper-proof credential verification through smart contracts.
