How UGF was used
We used UGF as the gasless transaction layer for RealChain. On Base Sepolia, every major state changing action in the app, including buying fractional property tokens, claiming rent, creating and canceling listings, and depositing rental income, goes through the UGF flow, with fees quoted in TYI_MOCK_USD instead of requiring users to hold ETH.
